Hi, when I go to register my sky account online/ the app and enter my post code it comes up saying "we have been unable to identify the account"

This is the registration section i have tried with both sky account number and bank details method, get the same error for both.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhat Sky services do you have because if you placed the order online you would have been asked to create an account when placing this order so try the forgotten username and password links if you can recall what the login details are.
