Charged for SKY Q set up

I am completely new to sky. Chose the best package to suit my household. Read through any extra charges / fees. It didn't say anywhere about a £10 charge for sky q set up. I was only told about super fast activation fee and hardware delivery which would be added to my first bill £19.95 having already paid £10 to begin with.  This extra £10 for smart features sky q set up fee has been added to my first bill with no explaination anywhere on the sky emails I have that it would be added.

@Emma416  Any charges should be explained during your call if you called, if you dispute these then call Sky and ask them to listen to the call.

If it was done online it would have been listed at checkout.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Charged for SKY Q set up

Thanks for your reply. I placed my order online. The images attached show what the £19.95 extra fees are for but nowhere did it mention this extra £10 for sky q set up fee.

@Emma416  You'll need to wait for the images to be released.

Re: Charged for SKY Q set up

Oh okay. Probably best just to call them then? Was hoping to avoid that

You don't need to call tjem if you don't want to @Emma416 as even though we are customers on here we can alert Sky to your post here and they will then contact you via this forum. Let us know if you want to do this.
