Red colour bleed

Looking for a bit of help/expertise,

When watching films on my sky glass I'm finding that during dark/black scenes I get red colour bleeding into the picture slightly ahead of the picture going black.  

Is there a setting a can change to fix this or is this down to the quality of the TV?
