Re: How do I get replacement viewing cards for sky+hd x 2 boxes

As I have multiroom, I purchased a refurbished sky+hd box from the internet,  but it came without a card therefore will it be possible to get one from you?

Best regards.

@rnhskydisplay

You are talking to Sky customers only on here so you would need to phone Sky to see what they say.

If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call:

Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.

@rnhskydisplay Sky no longer market Multiscreen for Sky+, so best you contact them to see what they say.

@rnhskydisplay You say that you already have Multiroom. So do you already have a second Sky + box and this one is to become your third box?

If so, it would require its own Multiroom subscription.

If this box is to replace an existing multiroom box, then you can swap the card from the old box.
