SKy box not recording while watching TV

OK Sky, I cannot contact you so its like this. When I try to record and watch another station the recording fails. If I switch to see if its recording then the channel freezes and I cannot watch another TV station. Also the sound is out of sync with the actors in the film or series. Therefore if I do not get a reply or an enginneer to visit I will cancel my Sky TV.

No point issuing ultimatums here - we're customers, same as you.

 

What are your signal strengths (Services > Settings > Signal)? The white part of all 4 bars should be at least half way across.

@Anonymous  You won't get an engineer or reply to a forum post, this is a customer helpe customer forum, there are help guides at sky.com  that can resolve most issues.  Just click on the Help tab when you go to Sky.com

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
