OK Sky, I cannot contact you so its like this. When I try to record and watch another station the recording fails. If I switch to see if its recording then the channel freezes and I cannot watch another TV station. Also the sound is out of sync with the actors in the film or series. Therefore if I do not get a reply or an enginneer to visit I will cancel my Sky TV.

What are your signal strengths (Services > Settings > Signal)? The white part of all 4 bars should be at least half way across.
