Q menus

Are sky ever going to address the, frankly, God awful UI on the Q system? The longer I have it the more I hate it. It's like someone just threw something together that has never used sky before.

I could go to tips, but I feel like it would fall on deaf ears, but just in case...

THE MENUS ARE AWFUL, CONFUSING AND NOT INTUITIVE IN ANY WAY.

I'm beginning to think I've made a wrong move here.

@JesterFX  Given Sky Q is a few years old now it's highly unlikey tey will change the UI.  Shouting at Sky in a forum won't get you anywhere I'm afraid.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

HI @JesterFX I am guessing you have come from SKY HD with it's fairly simplistic 'it just works' interface.

Unfortunately, as @GD1 says, SKY Q has now been around for a few years & they do come up with updates but it will never be anything like the SKY HD text based system

Some updates improve but ocasionally they do seem to go back a step

It has been built from the ground up and I admit some of their decisions baffle me  - for instance why have an   All section on films that is not sub divided so you just have to keep scrolling forever to see all films,.

Don't forget you can use Voice actions for many things

In some ways it is not that different to some streaming UIs that I have used (I don't subscribe to many) so I think you may fnd such UIs aren't limited to SKY

As I say it will never look & feel like the SKY HD interface
