Our Q box keeps disconnecting from our Wifi. There are no issues with any other devices in the house. It happened today, yesterday and a few weeks back it was happening several times a day. It's extremely annoying and time consumming having to reset and reboot other boxes.

Can you connect your Sky Q box to the router by ethernet csble instead? (It's more reliable and will ensure faster downloads.)

I did search the forum last time it happened but it's still happening now. Our router is in the kitchen so it is not possible to connect to an ethernet cable. We do pay over €100 a month for TV alone so this really shouldn't be happening.
