Problems with BBC and the Channel 4 (Film4, E4, etc)

Over 50% of the time, I can't get a signal for BBC1&2 and all the Channel 4 channels (More4, E4,etc).  I'm guessing these signals might be at the end of a spectrum and only getting intermittent access.  Very annoying when I set something to record and it fails as often as it works.

@MarkRis  If your dish is misaligned this could be the issue, trees also can cause an issue. I would call Sky as you may need an engineer to realign the dish.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
