Pixallation?

I have been on here several times regarding pixallation. I noticed yesterday on the small TV screen on the home screen there was black horizontal lines across it. It could be me but there were heavy showers yesterday so hopefully it was this. I tried to rewind it after exiting the home screen but had gone when playing? If this happens regularly should I contact sky?
