Pixallation
I noticed this morning when I turned my sky q main box on there was a pixallation on the mini TV in the corner of the home screen when I rewinded on the full screen coming out of the home menu it done it in the same place. I know there was heavy showers today do you think it could be bad weather?

@clare198034It could well be, yesterday we had very heavy showers and mine broke up completely.

hi @clare198034 pixellation in one are of the image is extremely unlikely to be due to weather.
Break up due to weather is likely to be quite random.
If you are having a problem in one specific area of the screen then it can be a problem with the source material or if persistent across channels/recordings then a vieo failure somehwere in the chain (i.e. SKY box/ connections/TV)

Ok yes it was in one area so do you think it could be the broadcasters channel not sky q?

- Are you saying it pixilated on the PIP screen and the full screen and that it was the same channel for both?

The little small tv screen on the top left of the home page and I rewinded it as well when I came out of the home page was the same I have put it down to bad weather

Sky mini box pixallation recordings
My sister keeps getting pixalation when watching recordings on her mini box. She has switched the box off and on and has improved a bit does anyone have any solutions?
