Hi,

I am due to have Sky Q installed at my property on the 11th. This visit was rearranged as it conspired that I didn't have a sky dish installed. If the engineer arrives on Wednesday, will he have the equipment needed already to fit the dish or do I need to notify Sky that a dish etc is required?

@Chriscook1986Don't worry he will bring a dish, cable and anything else needed. It is all part of a standard installation.

@Chriscook1986 The engineer should be ready to install, especially as it was rearranged for this very reason.
