How can one watch Yellowstone Season 3 on Peacock, doesn't seem to be available despite it stating online that it is....

As @caesarome  mentioned Yellowstone is on the US verison of Peacock. That's because they bought the rights from CBS much like how HBO Max acquired the rights for South Park seasons in the US.

 

Yellowstone will no doubt be available on Paramount+ when it launches in the UK.

If you have read it is available via Peacock then it might mean Peacock in America as there is a difference between the two.

Ep 1-3 of S4 released on 17th August and then new episodes weekly , likely a marketing ploy.
