Payment

Trying to ring up to explain my bank details have been cancelled due to suspicious activity. Unable to pay bill, won't put me through to anyone, some services been suspended. Just want an extended time.

Can you not pay by a debit or credit card because if the bill isn't paid as you have found your services will be suspended.
