No, I have a Sky Q box, everything is set up I just can't launch the app.

My email came from Paramount Plus and wehen I try the app on my Sky Q box it tells me my account is already activitated. I can use Paramount + on my phone, just not on the TV unfortunately.

How are you launching the app? From the app rail on the Q Home Screen?

put in username and password the the app should launch

If you have created your paramount+ account then when you open the app there are 2 choices. One is to login with your account and one is to get an account.
you need to select the login with your account option. Use the up/down arrow keys on your remote to highlight that one (backlit blue). Then you should be presented with a login screen. This only needs to be entered once.

Hi there, I can watch Paramount + on my phone and iPad through the app but not on my Sky Q box. So, the account is created and authenticated but for some reason Sky is not supporting it.

I've tried through the Apps link and through Sky Cinema, get to the 'Login in with Paramount+ screeh, press OK and then get an error message. I'm told that I'm already subscribed to Paramount + but there's an error and just an option to exit_2012 and if going through Sky Cinema it's Exit_2013

What are you doing when you open the P+ app from the apps menu?
if you are just pressing the centre button then you are only selecting the get paramount plus option which will take you to the 2013 already got p+ error page.
You need to to use your up or down arrow buttons to change the menu option to the login one. This needs to be backlit blue. Then select the centre button on your remote

Thank you all, I have managed to log in on my Q box through the app now. Possibily just the number of sign-ups caused a delay - hurrah!

That is my guess that the system was overloaded.
