I've seen it and I'd need to upgrade to Sky Cinema to get it so as they say on Dragon's Den as a result of this "I'm out"

@Skyuser1981 Sky Cinema is currently on offer in My Offers for £8 per month, so only a £1 more than finding a way to subscribe to Paramount on its own.
** obviously your 'My Offers' might be different to mine.

Hi there.
Have the older sky plus box and Sky Cinema.
Does nothing when i talk to the sky remote and say get paramount + and nothing in behind the "catch up" tile.
Have BT broadband here and no smart tv.
I read also i cannot access paramount via "sky go" which I do have 😞

As Sky+ / HD has never had Voice Control or a microphone in the handset, that's perhaps hardly surprising.

Those instructions are for Q and Glass, where talking to the remote does more than get you worried looks from everyone else in the room.

Do you get the Peacock content on the older Sky+ box?

I was reading this:-
- Access Paramount+ on your Sky device by saying "Get Paramount+" into your Sky remote or by selecting any piece of Paramount+ content.
- Confirm your subscription to Paramount+ at no extra cost.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create your Paramount+ account online.
- Return to the Paramount+ app, sign in on your TV or online, and get watching.

Yes, but surely in all the years you've had Sky+ you must have realised that the remote doesn't have a microphone?

I wouldnt worry as paramount aint there...so Sky Cinema will get ditched....might as well save a few pound 😉

Saw same thing on Disney, still annoying as only listings I could see were US version, so may have waited before subscribing...

(apologies for terrible lighting on photo)

That's an interesting proposition but I'd only have to cancel it in a few months when the offer expires and it goes back up to it's normal price
