Overcharged

Hello

I'm writing this regards my billing, as I normally pay £22 a month but This month I have been charged early this month and just today I've been charged again could you check please as I only ever get charged £22 per month

@Player191 In case you’re not aware this is a customer helps customer forum. You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services and it’s very unlikely they’ll contact you as a result of your post on here unless your post is escalated.

@Player191  You're not talking to Sky, we are all customers here, ity would be unusual to be charged twice, unless you changed your payment date?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Player191 Why would you be charged early? How do you normally pay - Direct Debit/ Card?

Do you mean you made a manual payment @Player191 and then the direct debit for the same amount was taken ?
