Can someone please tell me where the online chat option is please 👍

There's no general live chat service. It's available for some subjects, so someone may be able to point you in the right direction if you tell us what you want to speak to Sky about.

It says my services are restricted due to payment but it says payment due date 13th July! I'm trying to activate my sky contract sim so I can ring them but I can't even activate it so I'm just going round in circles

No I'm didn't due to Covid I didn't have enough in there but I spoke to someone not long after and he said it would just double for next month and sorted me out some contract sims but now I can't even activate them.

It looks like that hasn't happened so both that one and possibly your July one will need to be paid and a direct debit set up before you will be able to talk to someone.

That is your July bill though isn't it, you have said your June bill hasn't been paid so this is why your services have been suspended until it is paid.

@Gina109 Normally you will have to pay the June bill in full, and now the July bill is due in less than 2 weeks the July bill as well and set up a new continuous payment method before Sky will speak to you or reconnect your services. You could try ringing them from a number not connected to your account or by dialling 141 before the number.
