Hi, I've just upgraded to Sky Q and as part of the process returned THREE old HD boxes via the engineer. There is still an older HD box showing on my account alongside my new Sky Q box. How do I go about getting this removed?

@paulmills if it doesnt after a while and it bothers you can phone sky and you can ask them to do something called a portfolio refresh and that will get it removed
