Offers not being honoured

i want to reduce my bill as cost of living is rising, but whenever i talk to sky aadvisors they say offers available are not available to me, i am a sky vip customer  over 20 years.

I basically want to go to sky signature with superfast broad band  ( advertised for £39) and maybe add multi room and hd  (£23) which is tops £62  .

Yet sky says it will be closer to £90.

Someone tell  me i am correct

All customers have VIP on their account so this doesn't count for anything, I'm afraid.

If they say these offers are not available to you then there is little that can be done, I presume you have checked to see what you are offered via your online account when you add these to the basket ?

@SAJIDK if they're new customer offers, you won't be eligible.

Then if you are out of contract then give notice to leave.  Retentions may then find you a better deal...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
