Someone elses Sky ID linked to my account
I have today upgraded to Sky Glass - had to sign into my account to sign my agreement - all good so far.... used my original email to log in but had to change the password as I couldn't remember it (I have been using my secondary one) now here is where the problem starts - my dads name and sky id shows not mine on yet all my details are there - my account numbers my address etc etc - not as simple as just chaging the name - his sky email password changed at the same time yet we cannot find his sky email linked to my account anywhere and vice versa! before I try and explain this to sky and wait hours for them to answer the phone does anyone know what is going on?
