Not receiving emails from a company that I want to receive and are waiting for?

Hi,

I filled in a form to request support from a company, after not receiving any replies to three emails, I called them, they said they had replied to all three. I got them to send another email to me whilst I was on the phone with them, it never arrived. There is nothing from them in spam, I have no 'rules' set up to block spam from said company. I got them to send another email to my wife's account which is also an @sky email account, again no reply even though they tried when I was on the phone, Finally got them to send the email to a mate's gmail account and low and behold it arrived!?

I've looked at all my mail settings and I have no issues. 

How do I find out if there's an issue with Yahoo/Sky and the company I'm trying to have a dialog with?

Are you accessing your email via an app or client? Or via the website using a browser?

Tried via Yahoo mail on Safari browser, Mac mail on my laptop and mail on my iPhone. The platform shouldn't matter though, should it?

The plain fact is that all the emails sent to me just didn't come through which is mighty weird!

Yes, it matters. Emails treated as spam by Sky Yahoo Mail may not be picked up by an app or client. However, if you've checked the spam and trash folders via your browser, that's not the issue here.

Well, today, three days after the company sent the emails, they turned up in my junk folder😖.
