I am having a free upgrade to SkyQ and the Engineer comes Monday 21 February. The new SkyQ viewing card has not come in the post yet. As the Engineer is coming on Monday can you confirm the new card has been sent to me or, if not, can one be sent to me.

Sky won’t automatically contact you as the result of your post on here. There is still time for the card to arrive. If it doesn't the engineers normally carry spares.

Hi @TRISH+LIGHT As suggested the engineer will have a spare viewing card with him on the day of insatallation, so no need to worry 🙂

But, the engineers always carry spare cards that they can activate during the install if yours does not arrive.
