When I login to my MySky app it asks me to login again; which it never does, and then when it logs in says your account is unauthorised to access the MySky app. Their is a selection to click find out more but it's not doing anything. This is on iPhone 12 mini

I am having this exact issue with the app as well for the last couple days, I've tried resetting my password and all permissions to access apps with the ID are set on.

Has the issue with MySky been resolved? I'm receiving Access Denied messages such as :
You don't have permission to access "http://agg.oogway.sky.com/AK_PM_VPATH0/856922/288_Error.html" on this server.

Uninstall/reinstall of the app made no difference.
