That's right, Coronation Street is still produced as 6 individual episodes per week, but shown as an long edition made up of 2 episodes.

Channel 5 currently has no thumbnails on sky go and sky Q

Sums up the issue perfectly.  And SKY don't think it's part of the service you pay for.

So this thread "Answered"  on 29th February but "Other" and other stacking problems still occuring. with monotonous regularity

Can anyone please advise if they see the same (as pictured) on Sky regarding 'Alaskan Bush People'?

 

For the life of me I can't find my next episode 10, and noticed 13 is also missing ......WHY ?

 

This is getting so frustrating! ....I just want to watch my favourite series on Series Link

 

Im paying Sky a fortune per month, and I expect their software to work regardless if it's any connection to meta data being wrong! 

If this continues then I will certainly be forced to cancel, if I can't watch my favourite programmes then simply no point in having Sky!

Series 14 isn't available on catch up or on demand so the episodes showing in series 14 for you is what you have recorded so the "missing episodes" you must of not recorded them or  deleted then at some point

Hi @Lisa88 

 

As @Anonymous has advised series 14 is not available on demand however you can obtain this on this Discovery + app to watch. If, on the Discovery app the issue is the same I would advise you to raise this to them.

Can you advise why this isn't on 'normal' Sky to download, this is after all the brand new series? 

I'm also not too sure how I managed to find the other Series 14 episodes, as I was sure at the time I made sure I downloaded all them in order. How can I find them to download now? 

Lastly, is this pushing people to pay for thr Discovery+ App? If so then I will not be part of this, to ask a customer paying over £100 to then start paying more is defiantly not on 😞 

 

Why should we be paying more money for programmes which is shown on normal Discovery? Sorry I'm not getting this and confused

So my question is, why was I able to download some episodes on normal Sky, and some of the episodes are missing? And why can't I find Series 14 on Sky, why do I need to enter D+?

 

Sorry but I still don't fully understand why Sky has a separate App to watch Discovery programmes, surely this should all be merged into our main Discovery 😞

Whilst Discovery + is currently free for SKY subscribers it is totally separate to SKY with content that is only availble through it's app or Website 

 

It can be confusing when some Series are also availble through SKY to download but this is happening more & more with many Services like Discovery +, Paramount + & others deciding to keep content on their own apps

The episodes on the picture you've posted were recorded, not downloaded. The highlighted episode shows it was recorded on Christmas day. They also show the Discovery HD logo which only appears on recordings; downloads don't show the HD logo, even though they're in HD.

All scheduled episodes of this morning itv1 all have blank thumbnails and next Wednesday scheduled episode of coronation street also has a blank thumbnail but there should be thumbnails they shouldn't be blank please look into this or pass  this on to be looked into thank you

Still far from fixed and no apparent progress from Sky.

 

I have been recording Law and Order UK for the past few weeks. First few episodes stacked fine even across channels (some on ITV1 some on ITV3), but earlier this week S5E02 on ITV3 didn't stack and has no thumbnail. So now have two lots in teh planner.

 

This is just one of a few from the past few weeks,

EE/BT Full Fibre 300Mbs, Sky TV since 2002. Sky Q 2Tb, Samsung QE50Q60C. 2 x Sky Q mini.

This is the 1st response

 

In order to rectify the issue, I request you to permanently delete any programmes with the wrong Series / Episode details, as, the stacking issues will still continue to happen for that particular set of recordings.

 

I wish to inform you that, our engineers are working tirelessly to resolve this issue at the earliest.

 

I appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
