Non Stacking of Recordings - Better but not solved!

@Chloe-W22Monday and Tuesdays emmerdale have the wrong data information therefore wednesdays episode should say tuesday 17th Jan and Tuesdays  episode should say monday 16th jan so  the only thumbnail to show correct date is the 19th jan so it's  thinking that wednesdays thumbnail is already there which it isn't as the data information is wrong could you please look into this.

Same here, I echo what has already been said...it's like someone wanted to throw the previous thread unfer the rug and hope everyone forget about it!

Sorry but this issue ain't going away and we still have problems with stacked recordings. Namely Gold Rush and Alaskan Bush People. The recordings are all over the place and the text does not link correctly to the recording! How can something work so well in the old days, then when SkyQ was introduced everything went straight south! The creators and software development team should be ashamed of themselves, this has been going in for years now, obviously the testing crew was side lined before release. 

I pay around £100 a month for my Sky and for that cost I should at least be able to watch all my Series without having to search then play, no that's not the right one, go back search for another one and play...nope still wrong! For myself paying Sky £1200 a year this software should just work by now.  

Please get this sorted

@Anonymous I get what you are saying but the information data  on the Tuesdays and Wednesdays is wrong Tuesdays should say monday 16th January and Wednesdays should say Tuesday the 17th January the only episode that is showing the correct day is  Thursdays  so therefore i was only letting chloe know as so they could fix it

@Lisa88 you're paying too much. Get onto Sky now and get that reduced. To give you the reduction, Sky will require you to take out a new contract though. Alternatively, Virgin have some cracking deals. My mum just switched and now has 195 channels + sky sports + BT sport + anytime talk for £72 per month. And they've given her £200.00 bill credit

@Chloe-W22 Question Time lost its series link - had to download it from catch up  to get last night's episode and redo series link for future episodes.  I presume something to do with a change to metadata since it was the first one back since SKY made change.

@Kirsty+S27 and @Chloe-W22 I have a few channels with missing thumbnails for all day next Saturday and Sunday and  for next monday there are missing thumbnails and I have blank thumbnails for bbc1 today which on my tv guide where not blank when I checked yesterday but are blank todayand also itv3 for next Saturdayis saying this is itv3 can you look into this please as i  thought this issue was fixed but its seems to have gotten worse instead of better and the information data on emmerdale for this week is wrong which I had i told you about and nothing was done and I  have just noticed  bbc breakfast for this week also has the wrong data information  too please can you sort that out,  When I phone sky for an update or to tell them the problem is ongoing  some of your colleagues don't know there's a problem or  they tell me to change my standby setting to active and it should help with the missing thumbnails well it hasn't Can you tell me if and when this issue is going to be fixed,  I look forward to your reply on this issue,

@Chloe-W22 and @Kirsty+S27 I have blank thumbnails on my planner for most channels for next Saturday and Sunday and Monday and also there are wrong data information for itv/utv emerdale as the days and dates are wrong on those episodes and the same with bbc breakfast as planner says today's is been shown twice and that Thursdays episode of breakfast has Fridays date the 20th when Thursdays should say the 19th please could you look into for me  and let me know what you find out as it's just getting worse for me as itv/utv for me today is blank
