No service for over a week. Compensation ?
Internet went down 8 days ago . It appears it wasn't passed to engineer for days as I got a call after 6 days saying they were looking into outage !!! Can't work from home and can't get any internet based SkyQ service.
spoke to Sky this morning and was told that compensation would be automatic and taken off my bill . I'm not convinced as every time I contact Sky I get told conflicting information .
How is compensation paid please ? Anyone experienced this nightmare ????

Exactly as the adviser explained. It's paid automatically as a credit to your Sky account, from when you reported the fault.
