No satellite signal

My sky was working fine this morning and no it's displaying no satellite signal, I've unplugged box tighten leads and replughed in and still nothing

@Pam1982  Do you have your own dish or are you on a communal dish?

@Pam1982  As you've done all the usual trouble shooting it looks like you need a sky engineer to visit https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/no-satellite-signal/sky-q-nss-standard

 

Follow the steps in the link, when you get to the end there should be an option to book an engineer.
