No network even though all lights on router

 Lost Internet and can't do it remotely

If all are green but you have lost connectivity type 192.168.0.1 into a browser and press return that should load the hub's landing page. If it doesnt your device has lost its connection to the hub so check its network page for issues there.

 

Next step is to reboot the hub by switching off the mains for 30 seconds then allowing it to re-start shich takes a few minutes. If that does not retore the connection give Sky a call to report a fault. It can hapen that the hub can connect to the cabinet but have an issue further along the network which stops data its rare but can happen. The reboot often gets round the issue by getting you a new Public IP address which is why it is recommended.
