I tried responding and response would not send . Maybe just cancelling my payment might get someone's attention .

@Madeline+Doyle That is a very bad idea. Any services you have will be restricted. Sky won't contact you and, as importantly, you won't be able to call Sky.

I spoke with sky yesterday on the phone. During that conversation I got cut off as the signal in my area can be bad. They had all my details though and the details of the problem. Nobody from sky has attempted to contact me since. I changed to sky because I understood I would have a better service than my old provider. Yet with my old provider I never has this problem. No internet now day 5. People should not have to pay for a service they are not receiving. Sky really need to get their act together. What a poor performance by them!

@Madeline+Doyle I have esacalated your post to Sky so expect an invitation to a private chat through the forum where a blue button will appear. Not at all certain what the issue is but the agents who take these escalations are pretty clued up so are the best people to help you.
