No internet

Internet light is off and the wireless and power are green, tried resetting and not done anything, dont know if theres an outage in my area or not? Thanks

@Sam+Burgham  The forum won't know if there is an outage on your area or not as suprisingly no one knows who you are or where you are. You can check twitter https://mobile.twitter.com/skyhelpteam  they are reporting an outage in Staines.
