I have been sent a return box for my router and the packing document states just the router. Do they want the power lead & Ethernet cable back? The box they've sent doesn't seem designed to accept them very good. I could quite easily reuse them for other items.
regards

Re: Do sky want the power and Ethernet cable returned with router?
That does seem to be a frequent issue: it seems to be that the carton wasn't designed for accessories.
I suspect for a v2 box they'd certainly want the power supply back, as those have an external transformer.
