No internet connection SE6

I've been without the internet since 1pm today. Very frustrating and inconvenient as I'm working from home. A group of workers from GNS Communications were working on cables on my street over the weekend, leaving some cables exposed to the elements. So annoying!!

@cookiemonsterukHad an instance while I had an outage myself for a few hours in the early hours of the morning. But nothing as not even able to complete the broadband test.

Service status came back okay, but going around and around. But did come back after a few hours.

Getting more speed than it says I am supposed to get now.

Interesting , not normally how outages work 😁 but hey guess you"re not complaining 👍

@cookiemonsterukSince I am joined Sky my speed has gone up from at start of 55Mb to now hitting 71Mb, when I am supposed to get only up 69Mb. But looking at the checker we use I can get on a clean line up to 76Mb.

That 55Mb I had was from a high of 76Mb from 2012 up until I moved to Sky.

Aye , the bt wholesale checker is a godsend. I can get 73Mbps max attainable.  However sky says 69Mbps . My dark days with sky was july when i went from 58Mbps to 43Mbps with mgals of 45Mbps.  OR called dlm reset put it up to 55Mbs and g.inp from 6db to 3db over a period of almost 2 months and i am sitting at 65Mbps 😁👌👍
