Trust me a new puck won't work its not a puck issue it's just a fob off to buy them more time, they replaced mine and even told me I had to pay for sky boost so I could hardwire the pucks, received my boost and guess what? It has no ethernet port to hardwire!! So I'm now paying more each month for something I don't need and my download speed on puck was already 170mbs before boost, can't believe they are still selling this service when they know dam well its flawed!! 2 pucks &65" glass and can't watch TV I pay for....joke

After selecting progrmme it starts for about 10 seconds than starts buffering again until in eventually shuts programme leaving either a blue screen or tech fault on programme on all channels. Wish I'd never changed

Had this crap for 6 months now, technocal support are a waste of time. One chap tried to argue with me that I didn't understand how WiFI worked, too many devices connected to the router. So I cleared off all devices, switched them off and yup still sky Glass kept locking up.

@Tim+Adams I would like to be able to say that it is just todays outage/issue but I have had that message every day since getting the telly about 2 weeks ago and always have to turn of and back on at mains to try to get it to work until it happens again.
Just don;t understand how apps and streaming seem ok but tv is the nightmare?
