No Live TV on Sky Stream Puck

Same my sky stream won't play live channels getting a joke I had no broadband for two hours yesterday ,  now no TV today every month there is allways a problem

Having same problem since last night .. live keeps cutting out and showing wait for programme to load .. sound seems to play but picture cuts in and out

No love tv on Sky Glass either. Went off about 10 mins ago... really glitchy now.

Our  puck has just lost all signal we can get BBC one but that's it 😞

I've restarted it but it's done nothing.

Removed the internet cable and nothing.

I've been up since 3.00 am I don't need this

I got sky stream about 5 months ago was a nightmare to set up multiple phone calls a day for a few days at least finally got it sorted now today its starting freezing on the live TV and then just goes black and says waiting for programe to load I've done a reset but nothing the apps work perfectly anyone know what I can do ?

I have checked my broadband and have restarted my tv still programmes wont load

Is anyone else having problems watching any station? Keeps saying waiting for your programme to load, then a blue screen. Programme sometime comes on but stops and goes back to Home Screen. Very frustrating 😡

Started misbehaving like this during the live F2 - can't get live to work (keeps looping via a black screen and the message), but watching fine using "watch from start" about two minutes behind live.

It's very frustrating can work for a week or so then goes like this I've done all the resets even a factory reset going crazy paying this amount for tv that's not working

Was updated to software 18.007.00P last week. 

Things were looking good until today when I once again got "please wait for your program to load" 

happened when the history channel went to adverts.

Same problem here, went off about 30 minutes ago and showing the technical fault with this channel on all live channels. Tried rebooting etc but no luck.

Same with all our Sky Pucks too. On demand works fine. Can't stream live TV.
