Newport South Wales, Sky Tv Issues?

I live in Newport South Wales in the NP19 area and I am having issues with Sky Tv. It's saying I don't have a satellite signal. Is there anybody else in Newport having the same problem? I tried restarting my Sky+ box and now I can't even watch anything I have recorded in my planner. It's saying my box is still initialising.🤷🏻‍♀️
It's driving me crazy,🤪 I just wish I knew what was wrong with it?! And if anyone else is having the same problem?! Please tell me someone out there knows how to fix it?! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Problems with receiving a satellite signal are the result of a fault with your dish setup. There can't be regional or local problems with the signal.

If you have your own dish, call Sky to book an engineer and they'll be able to pinpoint the fault and correct it. If you're connected to a communal dish, contact your building management people.
