New installation broadband password not working

I have just switched from talktalk broadband to Sky plus I got sky Q. The TV is working perfectly however I cant connect my phone or anything else . It says incorrect password. Router password is correct. Question. I received a text to say broadband active . Any suggestions please.

I feel so silly. The password started with the number 17. However it was actually a capital i.  Silly silly me.

@BowlingMumOn your router that you got from Sky how many of the lights are green?
