I don't want to get too excited but I've not had one slowdown/speedup picture glitch on the puck since the update. Think this is the longest it's went without a glitch since I got it lol.
seems more responsive too when changing channels etc and in general but let's see how it goes.
The test will be with Live UHD Sport 🙂

Re: New Update is now out.
@Dave+r+robbo thst is recoverable press 4 & 6 on the glass remote for 15 seconds then release at which point the screen should tell you to press 1&3 together again allow for 15 seconds which is far longer than most people think I used a watch to time it. Thst should repair the remote with the unit.

Re: New Update is now out.
@Dave+Robbo try unplugging the power and hold down the puck power button for 20 secs whilst plugging power back in
usually gets a red / yellow flashing light that forces a reset and update

Re: New Update is now out.
I can confirm that the new software is out version No. QS002.08.0P to get it to update switched off at the mains for thirty seconds the red light flashed on of for a couple of minutes then went into setting clicked set-up (next to old software version ) got a message saying new software is available after you put the tv into standby so switched it off for thirty seconds and after a couple minutes set restarted set now working with the new software.
just need to check what has changed .

Re: New Update is now out.
Do a refresh apps , seems to pull the update.
once it says the update is successful, put the set in standby for about a minute.
update should start , red light pulses a bit.
done when light stays red.

That usually works, you may need to activate the puck again within your Glass Account.
