Came home to New software on TV, but I have a problem with the playlist. Programs that you have not watching are waiting for you to watch in the 1st bar, but you can't remove series added, also my itv local news says itv anglia, but I'm watching London

i pulled the power and reconnected while holding down the standby button on the puck for 20 seconds until it starts flashing red/orange
You will need to register the device on sky.com again as well if you go down that route
I was doing this anyway because of my issues as didn't know about the firmware update lol

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThanks @SDR it is on my TV not on the one puck but have been watching that one. Will. Check the others.
You can see one difference in the way view as Restart now has a rail at the top of the TV guide.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSo there is no way of just updating without a reset to factory and all the faff that comes with it.
@SDR Do you have any better insight as to how to get this please?

No need to factory reset. Just switch it off at the wall and back on that's all that's needed if it hadn't just arrived

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jayboy1990 a power reboot should force the update according to Sky but honestly why let it sort itself out. 2 of my 4 units have updated I expect the others will follow it is all automatic.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Deedee36 Sky have not issued a list but have dropped a few details the Restart rail is the main change to the interface. HLG should be brighter, BBC restart will work from iPlayer, forgotten pins can be sorted on the unit and start up from low power mode is faster.
There maybe more but that is a summary of the list I have seen.
