Ah that's great- thanks. I just like to help others as this forum has gotten me out of allot of tricky situations over the last few years with Sky Q , Glass and PUCKS ....

Hi @Arabianstar since the update my tv has been giving me major issues.

Been on the phone to Sky and they are sending me out a replacement on Wednesday.

I have heard similar stories I know of five people having there Glass and Pucks replaced..... this system works very similar to Sky X in Europe so you think they would of ironed out these problems .... 

I have to say fair play to Sky Customer Service Centre staff 'cause they will do any thing to help any one if you don't shout at them.... Good luck with it and let us know how you get on ..... stay safe and Happy Christmas 🎄 🎆

i have noticed itv3 freezing and the no wifi message on sly puck since new update..seem to have an issue with no power message when changing back from firestick..

I have to say that from a puck perspective the update has improved things around 95% so much more stable even with UHD live sport. Still a few issues to iron out but I'm impressed by the fixes to the puck.

still not a fan of stv hub and bbc iplayer falls over a bit now and again when I do watch from start.

the F1 UHD looked amazing today with the puck.

my Glass tv in the bedroom has always been pretty solid but obviously a few issues there to sort as well.

Seems flakier than ever since the update. Voice recognition deteriorated and eventually gave up completely on the tv. Motion detection still unreliable and turns on the TV when nobody is near it.

Puck turns on when it feels like it. Puck remote unpaired itself and batteries exhausted after 5 weeks.

All minor niggles, but irritating

my puck wouldn't come out of standby this morning. First time that's happend to me before or after the update as I've always had my network standby mode on and overnight power saving off.

I gave it a good 10mins to respond to remote and physical standby button but nothing so had to reboot.

i notice now i'm getting no wifi connection when i change from my firestick back to puck..today it said check device power when i had left the tv on home screen for a few minutes.

That should resolve the issue
