Re: New Update is now out.
@Duncanh454 there appears to be a reset time for the motion sensor after you put the set back into standby. Have to say once I had tested my set for a morning the option was turned off never to return!
One of my pucks is also misbehaving this morning, I hope a power reboot will sort it otherwise it will be hard reset (holding down the physical power button when powering up) as the two pucks that are behaving were hard reset soon after arrival.

Thanks @Chrisee that makes sense about the reset on the motion, not sure if I really like the functionality if I'm honest, but would prefer it to work properly🙂
The Pucks are definetly more watchable so far than they were previously, however I'm not convinced all the glitches are fully ironed out.

Re: New Update is now out.
I have something in my mind that it's 60 minutes before the motion sensor starts detection again.

Re: New Update is now out.
I find the remote controls take a lot longer to work now after the TV and Pucks wake from standby. Quite irritating.

Yes, same. Switched off for good after the tv randomly switched on yesterday evening with nobody anywhere near it. Seems like a dysfunctional gimmick.

Re: New Update is now out.
@Joe-Bow I've noticed this as well, but had seen this before the update as well.
Has anyone noticed whether the Pucks are starting up quicker than pre-update? One of mine seems to take much longer to fire up, but not sure if this was addressed in this weeks update.

They do seem a bit quicker starting up.

This has happened twice yesterday and once today.
When you switch the tv on it says no Internet connection
But the Internet is live I am using ethernet cable.
So I have to reboot it.
Is there away to stop this
Yup happened to me this morning

Re: New Update is now out.
I had this issue, very strange. Turned tele off and took out plug and then started up again. Now remote works perfectly.
Many Thanks

Re: New Update is now out.
Got a puck now that suffers from what I can only describe as "micro stuttering" after it's been switched back on from a period of standby. For those old enough to understand it, it sounds like Larry the Lamb is talking, while the picture stutters too.
Pulling the power out and hard restarting it seems to correct it but it's not ideal.
I will try and force an update on it again later and see if that cures it.
From my own experience and from reading the issue on here, it seems that the actual initial firmware update almost doesn't work very well for some and needs to be performed again to rectify it. I had the issue yesterday where I did a forced update to the Glass TV which seemed to half work (some of my apps I didn't have to sign back into while with others I did and I had the additional rail in the TV guide), but then it reverted itself back to the 1.15 firmware so I had to do another forced download (unsuccessful messages when going through the GUI hence the forced download) which seems to have worked this time.
A bit of an oddity.

Re: New Update is now out.
Good description @Joe-Bow I had exactly the same issue orginally on one of my pucks changing the audio output from Atmos to auto sorted it for me.

Re: New Update is now out.
@Chrisee I've tried all of that so far except didn't change the sound as it's set to Normal and that generally gives the least issues, so I'll try that later, see if it wakes up happy tomorrow, and if not, I'll force another update later and see what happens

Re: New Update is now out.
@Chrisee Superstar. Somehow the sound had been reset to Auto. Switched it back to what it should have been, Normal, and all good again.

Re: New Update is now out.
@SDR Having the same problem since the update. Switch on in the morning and TV says not connected to the Internet. Internet is fine on other devices and TV has ethernet connection to router. Have to continually unplug at the mains and plug back in to get it to work. A real pain (wife currently not happy and suggesting we go back to Sky Q which I don't want to do!). Any suggestions or solutions gratefully received.
