Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Paul+Boland I've had q10 for a while with no issues. The app eventually times out with a message that alludes to an issue with the app authentication, so more than likely an issue at the All4 end currently.

@Jporch316 2 before, at least I will know when QS011 will arrive 🤣 and oh oh 7 for those days.
@GordonTGopher - great response 😃 everyone will know that the next update will be around the corner once I have the update.

Got the update on a puck this morning, refused to go into 4K mode saying my LG TV doesn't support Ultra HD (has been defaulting to 1080 on boot for months).
Got this fixed by doing the following
TV Remote
Sky Glass Remote
Sorted.
You still have to go through the Sky Glass steps every time you bring the puck out of standby though 😭

Loosely related but does anyone know, when you go to the Update sections of settings and there's also an option to "Refresh" the apps on your Sky Glass... when you press this and carry on watching the TV does the "refreshing" continue in the background?

Yes like Sky Q it will download any app updates in the background while you do other things.
Thanks,
