Hi how do I upgrade please

Come on, @Sophielegs. You should know by now that most things involving upgrades involve a call to Sky.

 

(Are you sure you don't have a v2 or v3 box already? Have we had this conversation before? :))

@Sophielegs Sky have been very short of new boxes so they removed the online upgrades but a little bird has told us a shipment has arrived so the online upgrades might re-open but in the mean time you have to call Sky
