New: The Third Day S1 E1

  Sky Atlantic

  Tuesday 15th September

  2.00 am & 9.00 pm

" New & Exclusive. Friday - The Father: Jude Law stars as Sam, who finds himself drawn to a mysterious island. Contains strong language and distressing scenes. "

  From Wiki:

The series chronicles the individual journeys of a man and woman who arrive on a mysterious island at different times.

The production will be split into three parts with three interconnected stories. The first, 'Summer', directed by Marc Munden, will follow Sam (played by Jude Law), a man drawn to a mysterious island off the British coast where he encounters a group of islanders set on preserving their traditions at any cost.

The second part of the production, 'Autumn', will be told during a one-off live event in London after the summer section of the show has been broadcast. Described by the producers of the show as a "major immersive theatre event", the live segment of the show will air in one continuous take and is intended to allow followers of The Third Day to "inhabit the story as it happens". It will feature Jude Law and other members of the series cast.

The third part of the series, 'Winter', directed by Philippa Lowthorpe, follows Helen (played by Naomie Harris), a strong-willed outsider who comes to the island seeking answers, but whose arrival precipitates a fractious battle to decide its fate.

The 'Autumn' live event will be broadcast live in the UK on Sky Arts, and online, on October 3, 2020.

@Ballaterboy  I believe Sky 2 is now called Sky Replay on Ch 145. E17 of 911 is available on Catch-Up. Sky Witness is the home for this series.

Edit: E17 is showing tomorrow ( Saturday ) at 9.00 pm on Sky Witness, 10.00 pm on Sky Witness +1, 9.00 pm on Sky Replay on Sunday, 1.00 am on Sky Witness on Tuesday & 2.00 am on Sky Witness +1 on Tuesday.
