Netflix buffering constantly
Hi, Netflix loads then when press play it starts for a second then screen goes black with red circle spinning. Not enjoying sky glass at the moment, nothing but issues. Please help. Thanks.

Re: Netflix buffering constantly
@JamesGina it's that age old question, what is your Internet download speed and are you hardwired or running off of Wi-Fi. We have a very high download speed and also connected to the router by Ethernet and don't have buffering issues.

Are you connecting over wifi? How good is your wifi signal? Do you have the same issue on other apps or live TV?

Hi, never had issues with sky q, only since switching over to glass. Broadband is rapid, getting on average 160 ish . 🤷🏼♂️

Wi-Fi speeds 165 upwards so rapid. Only happens with Netflix? Thanks

Re: Netflix buffering constantly
@JamesGina Power down the puck for 1 minute, plug back in and this should do a reset. This tends to fix must issues.

Not seen any other posts about Netflix on the Glass TV or Pucks being an issue, however as it's just the one app it would possibly point to the netflix app.
