Awful experience
Can't believe the service I have recieved over last week from Sky!!
1) went into Sky store to discuss monthly price of £131 I was paying Advisor said can do me new deal with Glass TV and pay less great I thought.
2) delivery cancelled 3 times with no notice when complained told its not there fault
3) recieved Glass TV and discovered store advisor was wrong you can't record and all shows are streamed (fine unless Internet goes down)
4) Cancelled Glass after 2 days phoned up and advisor explained can get TV collected week Monday but can't go back to Q as system issue promised call back later that day
5) no call spoken to Sky chat and said will be call Monday 2-3
6) no call recieved
7) after phoning them transferred 4 times and then cut off.
😎 finally got to right department to say they can't help due to advisor canceled Glass with 30 days notice rather than immediately so now have to wait till TV collected before can get Q back
9) I have to phone back due to advisor going on holiday and canot put call back on.
If I could get Virgin in my area I would be leaving Sky immediately after 10 years with sky cannot believe how loyal customers have been treated.

@Blandyman don't take this the wrong way, but very surprised at the amount of people who haven't done their own research on this product. We did and as a streaming family it fits, we don't watch a lot of linear tv, Eastenders, Coronation Street etc. so the loss of recording not a problem. The adviser was wrong however to tell you that you can record and you are in your right to complain. Hope you get back to what you are comfortable with. So my advice in the future - do some research of your own before jumping in.

I did question the advisor regarding recording and he said you can, so I believed him.... if I was new to Sky or lived in a flat I would have probably have kept it. I'm more annoyed about the service I have recieved from Sky than the product.
