Hi need to talk to some one about my bank card l can not use it as l had q letter yesday and it about someone is trying to get into my account so it was of the frud team so l had to cut up my bank card so l just waiting on a bank card so please do not try and get any money out there because my card as been cancelled so sorry about this has caused l will ring

@R+orton If you pay via direct debit then cards have no bearing on payment as they use your account number and sort code and not the long card number so payment will be taken as normal
if you pay via debit/credit card you'll have to phone sky directly before your payment due date or you risk having services restricted
please note your not talking directly with Sky this is a customer helps customer forum only with no account access
