NOW TV - how does it work?

Hi All

I've previously posted and got some very useful information regarding my lack of signal at our flat, I've now contacted again our Housing Association via email and twitter regarding the problem.

Until they can sort it out, how does NOW work?

If I take a trial of it, how does it get the signal? I'm worried that as I don't get a signal from the SKY as it is, then a subscription wouldn't be worth it, unless the signal comes another way for NOW. My broadband signal is perfect.

Many thanks again for any help!

Hi @Catalyst1 to answer your question Now TV is a streaming service that uses the internet.

That said - even if you are having problems with your SKY Q box you should be able to use the SKY Go app as part of your SKY subscription to use a tablet or computer to watch the channels you subscribe to without resorting to paying again for Now TV

Re: NOW TV - how does it work?

Many many thanks to both of you who replied - I had no clue that SkyGo would work, and it does!

Now have a happy other half for the Grand Prix and Footie later!

Thank you both again!
