My skyq box won't record at all using skygo or sky+ apps

@Graypc61 Try this open the Sky + app ignore the warning ie press cancel then press the spanner icon at the top left hand side when in the menu select recordings and downloads make sure there is a tick against remote record and your viewing card number is showing same with remote download
