Hi,
so I'm currently on sky broadband and haven't had many issues, however the last few days I've been noticing a pattern of my downloads ect ect only going slow.
I'm on a 65mb package with guaranteed minimum speed of 40mb/s at peak times. However as of late this has all of a sudden changed since around 27th February.
I ran the test on website and checked my speed history on here and this is the results.
so my question is - why have they took my internet from a 60mb/s connection down to 17 all of a sudden and has been like that for 5 days on a run where as every other day prior was 60?
I know they offer a money back guarantee if it drops down below the minimum guarenteed 3 days in a 30 day period. But I'm not interested in that. I'm wanting to know why the restriction has clearly been placed on the account which is clear and obvious to see this has been done on sky end.

Thats strange your speed history suggests in more often 17Mbps. The current stats show 60Mbps.
So obviously an erratic fault.
Give sky a call on 150 from your sky landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
They should have access to the speed history and run any line tests
