Lost our internet and voice yesterday morning as did several neighbours (not all with SKY). Router showing as connected to internet (green light) but not to voice (orange light). Called SKY who said they couldn't see the router, eventually they suggested it was an Openreach issue and I needed to give it 24hrs before calling back.
Needless to say 24hrs later and still the same, it being an openreach issue kind of makes sense given neighbours with other providers are similalry affected. The frustration is SKY can't confirm if it is or isn't nor give me any sort of plan to resolve it, basically been told to wait until it sorts itself out. Suggested they needed to gift some data in the meantime as our mobiles are also with SKY and the 4G is obviously getting hammered - apparently this is seemingly not possible!
Anyway, below is the router log file which I'm hoping will mean something to someone and I can first get an idea of what the issue is and then armed with this hopefully guide the customer service person on what needs to be done to resolve it
